We have approached this project carefully, as it was our very first project of this size. After an extensive analysis of the company, we developed a targeted and effective solution. We were allowed to accompany the strategic sales orientation from 2009 to 2014.

An innovative solution

Not infrequently, our customers have all the prerequisites to be successful. What they need are the means and support to make a strategic leap forward. We worked on this project for several months and the end result was really impressive. Thanks to a consistent and transparent communication strategy, our client has been able to develop enormously.

Guestline

Establishment of a software provider in DACH

GTM Strategy

Between 2018 and 2020, we systematically pushed Guestline into the DACH market. This was the three-pronged approach of our radical go-to-market plan:

1. The goal: To end fragmentation (positioning)

Our goal was to liberate small and medium-sized chains struggling with fragmented software. We offered a single platform – PMS, RMS, and Channel Manager – all from one source.

2. The Anchor: Localization and Credibility (2018–2019)

In Germany, nothing works without trust and compliance.

3. The Turbo: Content Focus (2019-2020)

We have shifted our marketing focus from product features to thought leadership.

Conclusion: We didn't just enter the market – we provoked and conquered it with focus, compliance, and integration.
