Kris Roemer

I founded KRISREOMER.com in 2009 to support companies on their way to more openness in dealing with individuals and teams in areas of sales, marketing and human resources.

 

In my life I have gone through several phases of transformation and I still find it very exciting to constantly renew yourself.

 

The first transformation took place after graduating from high school with an apprenticeship as a hotel manager with positions in upscale gastronomy and in sales & marketing at Hyatt, Dorint, InterContinental Hotels and Marriott.

 

The second transformation took place in an advertising event agency with the establishment of an IATA travel agency. A very educational and creative phase.

My first start-up experience!

 

The third transformation was the digitization of hotels, coupled with management board tasks. Whether a European hotel chain, establishing a completely unknown product or establishing a brand; They were all underestimated companies and are successful brands today.

I will give you tips and tricks from my longstanding HR department and training time to make the most of your communication with the employee in your organisation.

 

My goal is to help you deal more effectively with your employees in order to make you even more competent.
